Meet chef and entrepreneur Pepijn Schmeink! He is on a mission to get all Dutchies to eat a different but great plate of food. This Rotterdam-based plant-based entrepreneur has been pioneering in plants for ages. (Long before we even considered oat milk in our coffee.) He’s an ambassador for “Het Nieuwe Nassen”, and you can find him advising with hands, head and tastebuds. You might know Schmeink from the restaurant Jack Bean of Thirteen in Rotterdam. He recently opened catering service Eendracht. His ambition? Making an impact and rolling out Eendracht as a sustainable chain, serving plant-based dishes made from ingredients of regenerative and local farmers.
