Will there be food, or should I pack emergency snacks?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered—literally, in deliciousness! All food is included. Throughout the day, you can taste everything from the most indulgent plant-powered chocolate chip cookies to fresh salads and sandwiches for lunch. Coffee, tea, and water are free all day. If you’re craving something extra, other drinks are available for purchase (only cashless payments accepted). Come hungry!

What is the recommended dress code for the event?

Think sharp but comfy—because no one wants to network in a suit that’s tighter than a tofu press. Plant FWD has a business casual dress code, so dress professionally yet comfortably, perfect for a day of networking and discovering the latest plant-forward innovations.

Are there press tickets available?

If you’re keen to dig into the future of food, let’s get you a front-row seat—press tickets available upon request. Please email hello@plantfwd.com with your details and media affiliation.

I am not able to pay online, how can I buy a ticket?

If you are not able to pay online for your ticket with one of the payment services provided, please send an e-mail to finance@plantfwd.com. In this case we can create an invoice for your company and after payment of the invoice a ticket will be provided to you.

Help, I can't find my Plant FWD ticket!

No need to panic—your golden ticket is just a few taps away! If you've downloaded and logged into the Plant FWD app, your ticket is under 'MyQR Ticket'. Otherwise, search your inbox for 'Your ticket for Plant FWD 2026' or 'Download the Plant FWD app', both containing your ticket's QR code. If you still can't find it, visit the attendee registration help desk at the entrance of the Midden Nederland Hallen for assistance.

Can I get an invoice for my Plant FWD ticket?

Yes, once you've received your ticket, you can download a tax invoice from your personal ticket page on Eventbrite. For other invoicing needs or group purchases of five or more tickets email finance@plantfwd.com.

How does Plant FWD approach sustainability?

Sustainability isn’t just on our plate—it’s our main course. We aim to host our conference in the most sustainable way possible, choosing the Midden Nederland Hallen as our venue because it meets our needs without requiring additional transportation or rentals. For more information on how our location ensures a sustainable event experience, please see their website. Additionally, we have a no-goodie bag policy to minimise waste. We have extensive experience with large scale event productions and carefully plan to eliminate food waste. Moreover, 95% of all food served at Plant FWD is plant-based.

How can I change the name on my ticket?

To change the name on your ticket, please email tickets@plantfwd.com with the new attendee's full name, email address, company, and position. Note that tickets cannot be transferred after Friday April 4th at 17:00 hours. Ticket changes after that time can be arranged at the ticket desk in Theater Amsterdam.

Where can I find the conference venue

Plant FWD 2026 akes place at De Midden Nederland Hallen, located at Thorbeckelaan 123D in Barneveld.

Can I easily park at the location?

Yes, De Midden Nederland Hallen have over 2.000 free parking spots availbale next to venue. Charging stations for electric cars are also available.

What are the options for disabled visitors?

Parking spots for disabled visitors are provided close to the entrance. On the ground level of the venue everything is easily accesible for disabled visitors and an elevator is available to bring visitors to the break-out rooms.

When will Plant FWD take place?

Plant FWD 2026 will take place on April 8 & 9 2026 at the Midden Nederland Hallen in Barneveld.

Are there special hotel deals for Plant FWD attendees?

Hotel de Werelt is this years proud partner hotel for Plant FWD. The hotel is a 15 minute ride from De Midden Nederland Hallen. A shuttle bus will be arranged in the morning to bring speakers and delegates from the hotel to the venue.
