Don't worry, we have got you covered! If you have downloaded and logged into the Plant FWD app, your ticket is already there under 'MyQR Ticket'. Otherwise please search your inbox for the combination 'Plant FWD QR' or 'Plant FWD app'. If all is correct you will find one of these two emails you received from us: 'Your Ticket for Plant FWD 2024: Welcome to the Plant-Based Revolution' or 'Plan your visit with the Plant FWD 2024 app'. Both emails contain the QR code with your ticket. If this doesn't work, please send us an e-mail on hello@plantfwd.com or we can help you at the attendee registration info desk at Theater Amsterdam.

Once you have received your Eventbrite ticket your can download a payment invoice from your personal ticket page in Eventbrite. If you wish to receive an invoice in any other way or buy tickets for 5 guests or more, please send an e-mail to finance@plantfwd.com.

Thank you for asking! Sustainability is in our core and we are trying to host, organise and produce our conference in the most sustainable manner possible. That is also why we choose Theater Amsterdam as our location: almost everything we need is already there so we can reduce transportation, renting furniture and even kitchen equipment to provide catering and glasses for the reception drinks. Theater Amsterdam is also officially a Green Key event location. Furthermore, we like to avoid you throwing away lots of things you will not use. Thats why we have a no-goodie bag policy. Less is more!

If you would like to change the name on your Plant FWD ticket, please send us an e-mail on hello@plantfwd.com and please reference the full name, email address, company and position we can change the ticket to. Tickets cannot be transferred after April 22 at 17.00 hours.

Plant FWD is held in Theater Amsterdam, which is located at the Danzigerkade 5, Amsterdam. We encourage everybody to come by bike or public transportation, but there is also the possibility to park closely to the location.

You can easily park your car in parking garage Minerva Parking located directly next to Theater Amsterdam. The entrance is located at the intersection of Koivistokade/Minervahavenweg (1013AP) in Amsterdam. Costs are € 2.50 per half hour or € 30 for a whole day. A secondary parking garage is available only 6 minutes walking from the event location at Parkeergarage Houthavens. Costs are € 2.50 per half hour or € 35 for a whole day. There is also the possibility to park at the P+R (Park + Ride). Park for € 1 per 24 hours at P+R Sloterdijk (when entering after 10:00 am), take bus 22 and get off at the Spaarndammerstraat bus stop. Park for € 1 per 24 hours at P+R Bos en Lommer (when entering after 10:00 am), take bus 21 towards Haarlemmerplein and transfer to bus 22 towards bus stop Spaarndammerdijk.

We love great food, so of course all catering served at our conference is insanely delicious and 99% plant based. In this way everyone can dig in and do good. We can ensure most common food allergies are considered with what we serve. We will serve great snacks and sweets during the day, various coffee drinks and a delicious plant-based lunch. And you don’t want to miss our closing drinks, so get on that bike or take public transportation!

A limited number of disabled parking spaces (GPP) are available at the theatre. These parking spaces are only available to holders of a disabled parking card (GPK) and cannot be reserved. Holders of a disabled parking card can park for free in the West district, around Theater Amsterdam.
