Iris Schimmel has been serving as the new location director of Bidfood Amsterdam since December 2023. After graduating from Hotelschool The Hague, Campus Amsterdam, she spent the initial years of her career in the hotel industry before transitioning with enthusiasm to the wholesale sector. With a background in sales, she now oversees the crossdock facility at Bidfood Amsterdam.
